Detailed Narrative Description of Project: Preparation of the Techno-Economic Feasibility Study for setting up the following facilities within the premises of KPML, Chandraghona, Kaptai, Rangamati, Bangladesh. An integrated paper mill with forestation pulp, writing & printing paper, offset paper, offset card, color demy, ledger paper, brown liner paper, media paper, art paper, corrugated paper, brown paper, etc. A soda ash with baking soda plant, A sodium sulphate plant. Other basic chemical plants (caustic soda, detergent with LABSA, chlorine, hydrogen peroxide, bleaching earth, titanium dioxide, hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid, etc.). A synthetic/polyester fiber plant. Carrying out topographic survey, landscaping, and architectural design for each component included in the feasibility study. Preparation of all architectural designs and drawings, including complete building plans, sections, elevations, and 3D architectural views. Conducting land survey and soil testing (subsoil investigation) as part of the site development and engineering design process. Preparation of engineering designs, including Structural design, Plumbing and sanitary system design, Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Internal and external electrification, HVAC systems, Lift and mechanical systems, Fire detection and fire protection system design as per Fire Service & Civil Defense regulatory requirements, Preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation based on the PWD current rate schedule and prevailing market prices. Preparation of technical specifications and standard tender documents for all required works. Project awarded through international tender as Principal/Lead Consultant.
