Detailed Narrative Description of Project: Techno-Economic Feasibility Study (TEFS) & Development Project Proposal (DPP) of Khulna Dental College (mostly 15 Storied Building) 110 Students per Years & 500 Bedded Hospital Master Plan & all sorts of Architectural, Structural, External & Internal Electrification plus provision for HVAC & Lift Mechanical, Fire, Plumbing & Sanitary Design, making BOQ including•3D Architectural view, Land Survey and Soil Test (Subsoil Investigation) for establishing Khulna Dental College & for construction of 14 Storied with 2 basements of Dental Hospital Building, 14 Storied with 2 basements of Dental Collage Building, 13 Storied Male Student intern Dormitory,13 Storied Female Student intern Dormitory & 3 Storied Auditorium and Cafetoria. Covering the following information on land services :(1) An Inception Report. (2) Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) Report. (3) Environmental, Climatic & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Report. (4) Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) Report. (5) Flood Inundation Study of Selected Site. (6) A Detailed Master Plan within the land of about 80 acres with Topographic Survey, Landscaping, and Architectural Design for Each Component. (7) Geotechnical Evaluation Report. (8) Detailed Structural Design with Green Building Concepts for Each Component. (9) Detail Electromechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Sanitary Design Specification. (10) Detail Design of Sewerage, Storm Water, and Solid Waste Disposal System. (11) Detail Design of Fire Safety and Protective Measures. (12) Detail Design of Security Access Management System. (13) Cost Estimation and Bill of Quantities with Detailed Specification. (14) Landscape and Beautification (15) Detail Work Plan for the Implementation of the Project. (16) Preparation of the DPP of the Project for Approval by the Competent Authority.
