Narrative Description of Project: Techno-Economic Feasibility Study (TEFS) for establishing a Green Tannery to support pioneering research at the Leather Research Institute and to promote the growth of the leather industry. Development of a detailed Master Plan for the entire 10-acre site, including topographic survey, landscaping, and architectural design for each component. Preparation of all architectural designs and drawings, including complete building plans, sections, elevations, and 3D architectural views. Conducting land survey and soil test (subsoil investigation) as part of the site development and engineering design process. Preparation of engineering designs, including: Structural design, Plumbing and sanitary system design, Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Internal and external electrification, HVAC systems, Lift mechanical systems, Fire detection and fire protection system design as per Fire Service & Civil Defense regulatory requirements. Preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation based on the PWD current rate schedule and prevailing market prices. Preparation of technical specifications and standard tender documents for all required works.
