Detailed Narrative Description of Project:
Conducting Techno-Economic Feasibility Study (TEFS) &
Development Project Proposal (DPP) of Mugda Medical
College & 500 Bedded Hospital (mostly 15 Storied
Building) including Nurses College cum Hostel with an
intake capacity of 120 students per year. The scope
includes preparation of Master Plan and all sorts of
Architectural, Structural, External & Internal
Electrification designs along with provision for HVAC,
Lift Mechanical System, Fire Protection, Plumbing &
Sanitary Design. The assignment also covers Land Survey
and Soil Test (Sub-soil Investigation) for establishing
Mugda Medical College & Nurses College cum Hostel at
Mugda, Dhaka.
Covering the following information :
(1) An Inception Report.
(2) Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) Report.
(3) Environmental, Climatic & Social Impact Assessment
(ESIA) Report.
(4) Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) Report.
(5) Landscape and Beautification.
(6) Flood Inundation Study of the Selected Site.
(7) A Detailed Master Plan within the land of about 10
acres with Topographic Survey, Landscaping, and
Architectural Design for Each Component.
(8) Geotechnical Evaluation Report.
(9) Detailed Structural Design with Green Building
Concepts for Each Component.
(10) Detailed Electromechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and
Sanitary Design Specification.
(11) Detailed Design of Sewerage, Storm Water, and Solid
Waste Disposal System.
(12) Detailed Design of Fire Safety and Protective
Measures.
(13) Detailed Design of Security Access Management System.
(14) Cost Estimation and Bill of Quantities with Detailed
Specification.
(15) Detailed Work Plan for the Implementation of the
Project.
(16) Preparation of the DPP of the Project for Approval by
the Competent Authority.
